Experimentation execution
Experiment analysis (including SQL and Sigma visualizations)
Summarizing key takeaways and findings for multi-level cross-functional stakeholders, using data to ideate next steps
Main priority is the growth and lifecycle management of Partnership within DashPass to improve the offerings of DashPass beyond food delivery
Challenges include being a generalist who can work across varying disciplines (e.g., strategy & operations, product, design, marketing, data science, engineering, finance, legal, etc.)
Position that enables you to be an owner and create opportunities for the business
Launch high-impact campaigns and design, set up and monitor A/B experiments to learn and iterate
Weekly reporting on metrics, experiments results and build workback schedules
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Experience with Google Sheets and SQL required
You operate at the lowest level - You have excellent attention to detail and are comfortable getting in the weeds to solve the consumer problem
You are comfortable with tech - You're comfortable learning new software and using many different programs to support improving quality
You are a self-starter – You have a bias for action and are able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
You are analytical – You use data to inform tough decisions, and are comfortable operating at both the 10,000-foot level and at the 10-inch level. Excel experience required, intermediate SQL experience strongly preferred
You're unafraid of ambiguity. You don't need a playbook. You dive into difficult problems and come up with a plan. Rapid change and learning is exciting to you
