Responsibilities
Support workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather, document, and align business and technical requirements
Ability to translate business needs into actionable use cases, process flows, and implementation plans
Assist gap analyses and develop functional design specifications
Collaborate across delivery teams to ensure alignment with customer outcomes and program goals
Support program and project management activities including risk mitigation, communications, and rollout planning
Monitor KPIs and provide insights to drive strategic decisions
Leverage AI tools and techniques to accelerate delivery, improve documentation, and enhance stakeholder engagement
Identify opportunities to integrate AI into project phases (e.g., discovery, delivery, transition) to improve efficiency and client value
Contribute to integrated solution delivery, transformation programs, and PMO engagements
Qualification
Required
Experience in business/functional analysis and project management on medium to large-scale projects
Strong communication and facilitation skills, including client-facing presentations
Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations
Familiarity of SDLC, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and business process modeling
Knowledge of tools such as Jira, SharePoint, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering strategies to support documentation, analysis, and stakeholder communication
Ability to identify and apply AI use cases across delivery phases, such as generating test scripts, summarizing requirements, or automating repetitive tasks
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or equivalent a plus
