They are seeking an enthusiastic Fulfillment Specialist to join their team, responsible for processing outbound customer orders, managing inventory, and ensuring quality control procedures are met.

Responsibilities
Process outbound customer orders
Act on in-bound finished goods that include customer replenishments and returns
Pack and stage fixtures, graphics and other materials so the customer receives the product undamaged
Manage materials of kit breakdown and inventory maintenance
Complete the shipping process based on requirements by the customer
Perform Quality Control (QC) procedures to meet Company standards
Qualification
Required
a two-year degree in business management or equivalent work experience
forklift experience
basic inventory management methodologies
the ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis
possess a thorough and organized approach to your work
pay close attention to details on every project
have basic computer skills
be self-motivated, a fast learner, and show initiative to seek out customer and corporate needs
complete projects accurately within deadlines, while meeting Company and Customer quality standards
apply effective time management and self-management skills
understand and maintain the confidential nature of the company, employee and customer information
be able to quickly move from one project to other while dealing with a very stressful deadline
be flexible to change
able to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing
willing to admit when you make a mistake (it happens to the best of us)
