Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and monitor the lead generation budget and team expenditures
Conduct financial analysis to determine the viability of new campaigns and initiatives
Forecast expenditures and analyze budget variances, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, such as cost-per-lead and return on investment (ROI), to evaluate the profitability of lead generation efforts
Prepare and present financial reports and project updates to senior management, translating complex financial data into actionable insights
Lead and motivate the lead generation team, setting clear performance targets and providing guidance to ensure goals are met
Collaborate with marketing and sales departments to design and implement effective lead generation strategies
Model processes and technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of lead and appointment-setting efforts
Implement a plan to optimize the setter/closer model
Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks that may impact the team’s efficiency or financial performance
Ensure the team’s processes and strategies align with the company’s broader financial objectives and goals

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in project management and team leadership, with a strong understanding of financial principles
Exceptional ability to interpret financial data, assess project viability, and make data-driven decisions
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team toward specific goals
Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting to stakeholders and communicating complex financial and strategic information
Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting related to revenue generation
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRM software and other project management tools
Excellent ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred

Experience in lead generation, marketing, or sales is preferred
Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.)
