Amazon is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Principal Product Manager to lead the development of innovative AI and ML-powered solutions in clean room solutions. Responsibilities

Define the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of technical solutions that leverage AI and machine learning to help advertisers maximize their brand-building efforts
Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and ML engineering teams to build robust, AI-driven reporting products and predictive analytics capabilities
Help advertisers understand the effectiveness of their campaigns through ML-powered insights, identify optimization opportunities using intelligent algorithms, and drive tangible business outcomes
Work backward from the customer to identify needs, partnering with engineering to build scalable event-driven architectures that process billions of impressions and conversions daily using ML pipelines
Develop AI-powered recommendation systems for campaign optimization
Drive adoption through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's degree
4+ years of end to end product delivery experience
8+ years of technical product or program management experience
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
AI/ML Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and their practical applications in product development, including supervised and unsupervised learning, predictive modeling, and recommendation systems
Technical Proficiency: Experience working with ML frameworks, data pipelines, and AI-powered analytics platforms; ability to collaborate effectively with data scientists and ML engineers
AI Product Strategy: Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for AI/ML integration, define ML product requirements, and evaluate model performance and business impact
Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging AI/ML insights to drive product strategy and customer outcomes
Scalability Focus: Experience building ML solutions that process large-scale data and serve millions of users
Cross-Functional Leadership: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling them to effectively influence stakeholders, translate complex AI/ML concepts for non-technical audiences, and drive cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, data science, and ML teams

Preferred

Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
Experience with and deep understanding of advertising technologies (i.e., ad server, DSP)
