10+ years expARi is a rapidly expanding global engineering enterprise headquartered in East Peoria, IL, USA. They are seeking a Senior Regulatory Compliance Engineer to monitor and assess regulatory developments, engage with stakeholders, and prepare compliance documentation.

Responsibilities
Monitor and assess new and evolving regulatory developments related to product and substance compliance
Engage with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and process partners to ensure successful project execution
Facilitate meetings to align on compliance strategy, execution plans, and progress
Partner with process teams to collect, validate, and consolidate relevant compliance data
Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and required actions
Prepare, format, and maintain compliance reports and documentation
Submit required reports and disclosures to regulatory authorities
Collaborate with industry peers through professional and regulatory associations
Participate in daily in-office discussions, team meetings, and virtual calls with global stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (BS or BA) in a science-based discipline such as Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in compliance, engineering, data analysis, or a related role
Strong understanding of regulatory and product compliance processes
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
Self-starter with the ability to independently identify issues and drive actions to completion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Basic data analysis skills using Excel
High integrity and sound judgment with a firm commitment to regulatory and legal compliance
Negotiation and influence skills to work effectively with internal and external partners
