HR Specialist (Part Time)
Vaco by Highspring is a client-focused company seeking a Part-Time HR Specialist to provide administrative support within their Human Resources department. The role involves executing routine HR processes and maintaining accurate records, primarily focused on recruiting activities and employee documentation.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for recruiting activities
Conduct candidate screening coordination
Manage interview scheduling
Administer workers' compensation claims documentation and tracking
Perform HR data entry and record maintenance
Process I-9 documentation
Process employee resignations
Maintain employee relations records
Qualification
Required
Experience in a high volume fast paced environment
Administrative support experience within Human Resources
Ability to execute routine, task-driven HR processes
Experience with candidate screening coordination
Experience managing interview scheduling
Knowledge of workers' compensation claims documentation and tracking
Experience with HR data entry and record maintenance
Ability to process I-9 documentation
Experience processing employee resignations
Ability to maintain employee relations records
Preferred
Experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) industry
