Responsibilities
Analyze policy data
Coordinate member onboarding tasks, data intake, and documentation
Support renewal preparation (schedules, exposure data, follow‑ups, trackers)
Prepare meeting materials (monthly reviews, stewardship decks, action logs)
Maintain service trackers, contact lists, and knowledge bases
Surface member issues promptly; follow through to resolution
Qualification
Required
1+ years, Commercial Insurance Agency experience preferred
Active P&C license or willingness to get one when hired
Bachelor's degree required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc)
Highly organized, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team
Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage numerous follow-ups, meetings, and data points simultaneously
Preferred
Bachelor's degree, Risk Management Preferred
Experience using an Agency Management System such as Sagitta
Sagitta and / or other Agency Management System and Image Right preferred
