Responsibilities
Own $40–50M affiliate budget: set quarterly strategy, manage pacing, reallocate spend across channels based on performance
Negotiate and structure partnerships with deal, loyalty, marketplace, comparison, and content publishers
Manage agency relationship and oversee affiliate program execution on Impact platform
Partner with MarTech on platform roadmap, data integrations, and attribution improvements
Work with Compliance to streamline publisher content review and reduce turnaround times
Run cohort-based performance analysis and collaborate with CRO/Web teams on landing page optimization
Support SEO/AEO strategy through affiliate content partnerships
Qualification
Required
5+ years managing affiliate programs with sizable budgets and hands-on Impact platform experience
Deep knowledge of publisher models (cashback, coupon, comparison, content) and performance-based negotiation
Advanced analytical skills: cohort analysis, attribution modeling, CAC optimization, Excel/Sheets proficiency
Experience collaborating with MarTech, Product, and Engineering on data pipelines and platform integrations
Proven ability to navigate compliance in regulated industries (fintech, finance, healthcare preferred)
