Responsibilities
Gather and analyze metrics from operating systems as well as applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding
Partner with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures
Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning
Create sustainable systems and services through automation and uplifts
Balance feature development speed and reliability with well-defined service-level objectives
Incident management and priority management
Managing and reviewing the changes which are going in for the application
Working closely with the Change the Bank team
There will be both planned and unplanned work for this role. This person should be familiar with basic Agile methodologies as we do sprint planning every month
Should have familiarity with ServiceNow with incident management and general site reliability engineering work streams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor or undergraduate
5-6 years of experience in lieu of education
Agile
