Founding GTM Engineer
Virio is an AI marketer for enterprise, helping B2B and vertical SaaS companies optimize their GTM strategies. They are seeking a Founding GTM Engineer to design and improve their outbound GTM systems, focusing on qualified meetings booked as the key performance metric.

Responsibilities
Build and operate Virio’s outbound GTM engine
Own Clay-based workflows for lead sourcing, enrichment, and routing
Design ICP segmentation and account lists across vertical SaaS
Create and maintain multi-channel outbound systems
Partner with content, sales, and CS to convert demand into pipeline
Rapidly test, iterate, and scale campaigns based on performance
Maintain clean GTM data, dashboards, and attribution
Document systems so they can scale beyond you
Qualification
Required
Founded or ran a lead gen, outbound, or Clay-based agency
Deep expertise in Clay (non-negotiable)
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS GTM and ICP design
Highly technical and systems-oriented
Comfortable owning numbers and being judged on outcomes
Moves fast, tests aggressively, and cuts what doesn't work
Preferred
Experience selling to founders, CMOs, or GTM leaders
Familiarity with Apollo, HubSpot, or similar tooling
Background in RevOps or growth engineering
