Responsibilities

Administer and configure the Workday system to meet various functional needs and manage updates
Provide user support and troubleshoot system issues, including integrations, to enhance user experience
Develop and deliver reports and analytics, ensuring data integrity and security protocols are established
Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and implement effective solutions
Conduct training sessions to empower users in effectively utilizing the Workday platform

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
Proficient in Workday configuration, with a strong understanding of HR processes
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Strong communication skills to liaise with various departments and stakeholders

Preferred

At least 4 years of experience with Workday configuration
Familiarity with Workday modules such as Recruitment, Talent & Performance Management, Absence, and Time Tracking
Experience in Security & Reporting within the Workday system
