Responsibilities
Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and elevators
Assist with the preparation of vacant units for new tenants, including cleaning and minor repairs
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the property management team
Assist with the coordination of vendor services, such as landscaping and waste removal
Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and guests, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a similar role
Ability to lift and move heavy objects, such as furniture and equipment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Experience working in the Real Estate and Rental and Leasing industry
Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair techniques
Ability to operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuums and floor buffers
