Dynamics 365 CRM Solutions Architect
TriCom Technical Services is seeking a Technical Subject Matter Expert to lead the finalization of a mission-critical Dynamics 365 CRM implementation. The role involves owning the technical roadmap, designing innovative solution blueprints, and architecting advanced configurations to meet business needs.
Responsibilities
Architecture & Design: Develop future-state process maps and CRM solution blueprints; define environment strategies, solution layering, and enterprise governance
Advanced Development: Build complex business process flows and perform custom JavaScript development for CRM tailoring
Power Platform Orchestration: Design Model-Driven and Canvas Apps, complex Power Automate workflows, and branded, cross-entity Power BI reporting
System Integration: Configure APIs and connectors to sync Dynamics 365 with third-party ecosystems (e.g., Drupal, Hivebrite, CVENT)
Technical SME Leadership: Conduct Dataverse optimization, FetchXML queries, and performance tuning while providing technical mentorship to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
7+ years of deep technical delivery within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM ecosystem
Expert-level JavaScript for D365, FetchXML, and Dataverse table/relationship architecture
Advanced proficiency in Power Automate and Power BI (specifically export-friendly, branded reporting)
Proven ability to translate loosely defined organizational challenges into scalable technical requirements and PRDs
Preferred
Relevant Microsoft Certifications (PL-400, PL-600, or MB-200 series) are highly preferred
