Responsibilities
Perform metal finishing job assignments, heat treating or surface finishing as identified on the job router and the accompanying print. Not including material removal machines (i.e. Belt grinder, buffer, grinder.)
Maintain vibratory tumbler
Inspect, measure and test metal finished product
Determine whether product meets/conforms to the product specifications
Follow the procedures of the Tegra Medical QMS applicable to this job function
Follow the applicable customer procedures applicable to this job function and/or specified by the print or router
Follow Tegra Medical safety and environmental procedures
Follow written and verbal directions from supervisor
Perform non-routine task assigned by supervisor and/or management
Qualification
Required
High School or equivalent education
Perform metal finishing job assignments, heat treating or surface finishing as identified on the job router and the accompanying print
