Responsibilities

Collaborate with a cross-functional agile delivery team to analyze and deliver user stories, features, and enhancements

Develop customized solutions within the ServiceNow platform

Design, code, and implement ServiceNow applications

Write unit tests and perform due diligence to meet acceptance criteria

Create timelines and development goals

Test the stability and functionality of applications

Troubleshoot and fix bugs to ensure application reliability

Write documentation and provide technical training

Maintain the security and integrity of the application software

3+ years of experience in development on RDBMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SQL, MySQL, MariaDB)

3+ years of experience in data modeling, including creating and modifying standard and custom objects

3+ years of experience working with JSON, XML, SOAP, REST, and application programming interfaces (APIs) to support low-code/no-code platforms

2+ years of experience deploying ServiceNow applications

Active secret clearance required
