This role involves overseeing all accounting functions, partnering on financial strategy, and leading a high-performance finance organization in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting functions: General Ledger, AP/AR, Payroll, Revenue Recognition, and Financial Close
Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and audit standards
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes
Partner with the CFO on financial strategy, long-range planning, and growth modeling
Deliver KPI dashboards, variance analysis, and executive-level financial insights
Support executive decision-making with data-driven financial analysis
Design and strengthen internal controls and scalable financial processes
Lead or support ERP and financial systems implementations (Infor or similar platforms)
Improve efficiency through automation and best-practice workflows
Drive financial modeling, due diligence, valuation, and post-acquisition integration
Support expansion strategies, market entry planning, and capital deployment
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance finance and accounting team
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
10+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience
5+ years in a senior role (VP of Finance, Director of Finance, Head of Finance, or similar)
Strong command of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls
Experience in technology, IoT, manufacturing, SaaS, or high-growth environments
Preferred
CPA and/or MBA
Hands-on experience with ERP systems
Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise
Proven M&A experience (due diligence, integration, and strategic finance)
