Responsibilities
Independently handle a caseload of general liability matters
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, discovery, and motions
Take and defend depositions
Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial
Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active member in good standing with the Georgia Bar
2+ years of experience in general liability or insurance defense litigation
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred
Trial experience is a plus
