Responsibilities
Perform laboratory testing per department and regulatory guidelines
Maintain QC, QA, safety, and infection control standards
Conduct instrument maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting
Accurately report and document test results
Maintain supply inventory and effective team communication
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of laboratory experience
Hematology & Urinalysis experience required
Knowledge of laboratory regulations and procedures
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred
ASCP (Preferred)
AMT (Acceptable)
EPIC EMR experience highly preferred
SYSMEX analyzer experience preferred
