Event Operations Coordinator
Mariano Events is a national experiential marketing agency specializing in in-store sampling and merchandising for food and beverage brands. They are seeking an Event Operations Coordinator to support the execution and operational management of nationwide campaigns from their East Rochester, NY office.
Responsibilities
Coordinate logistics for nationwide sampling and merchandising campaigns
Support scheduling, event setup details, and shipping timelines
Assist with field ambassador onboarding, communication, and support
Track event recaps, documentation, and compliance requirements
Maintain accuracy in internal dashboards, schedules, and workflows
Support process improvements and operational efficiencies
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in event coordination, operations, logistics, or agency support
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace; experience with project management tools preferred
Preferred
Experience in CPG, retail, or experiential marketing is a plus
