Responsibilities

Engineer Autonomous Workflows: Use Lean Six Sigma to re-engineer manual security processes into automated, agentic AI workflows that eliminate operational bottlenecks
Architect Integrated Frameworks: Design the technical foundation for interoperability between physical and digital security systems to create a unified global data layer
Define Transformation Roadmaps: Translate enterprise vision into actionable technical milestones, integrating AI/ML and RPA across all five security verticals
Lead Intelligent Automation: Direct the end-to-end configuration and deployment of GenAI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and RPA tools
Manage Project Lifecycle: Manager the full execution of transformation initiatives, directly managing milestones, technical documentation, and cross-functional implementation to ensure on-time delivery
Rapid Prototyping: Drive the "Pilot-to-Production" pipeline, validating AI use cases (e.g., threat triage or predictive risk) before global scaling
Establish Impact Metrics: Define and monitor KPIs (e.g., hours saved, ROI, improved response times) to provide data-driven evidence of operational acceleration
Enforce AI Governance: Ensure all deployments align with ethical AI standards, Verizon’s AI policies and practices, data privacy laws, and corporate security risk frameworks
Facilitate Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary technical bridge among vertical SMEs to ensure technology aligns with business objectives

Required

Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
Ten or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training
Ten or more years in security, program management, change management, or business transformation
Experience in moving GenAI, LLMs, or Agentic AI projects from Proof-of-Concept to full-scale production
Hands-on experience architecting RPA frameworks (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and low-code/no-code integrations
Knowledge of RAG frameworks, vector databases, API orchestration, and data pipeline (ETL/ELT) architectures
Experience using Lean Six Sigma or Agile/SAFe to map manual workflows into governed, automated systems
Familiarity with AI Governance (NIST AI RMF) and data security protocols for enterprise AI

Preferred

Master's degree in Data Science, AI Management, or an MBA
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP/CSM, or Professional Cloud AI Engineer (AWS/Azure/GCP) certifications
Experience in Agentic AI Orchestration, specifically managing collaborative human-AI workflows
Prior experience in physical-to-digital security convergence
Demonstrated success as a 'technical translator' for C-suite stakeholders and cross-functional SMEs
