Workforce Education & Engagement Intern

The Workforce Education and Engagement Intern will assist with project-based employee engagement and training initiatives, co-creating programs and analyzing data to enhance the employee experience.

Responsibilities

Co-create and support WEE programs, events, and services
Compile and analyze data to make recommendations on the employee experience
Engage with stakeholders and customers to understand program needs
Engage in activities to learn more about the human resources field

Required

Enrolled in an accredited certificate, 2-year or 4-year undergraduate educational program during their internship
Undergraduate students will need to maintain a 2.0 GPA or above throughout the internship

Excellent time management
Results driven
Willingness to learn and use new technology
Are a sophomore, junior, or senior at the start of the internship
Interns must have a Washington State address and live in Washington State at the time of hire and for the duration of their employment

Preferred

Enrolled in an academic program with focus on Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Affairs, Sociology, Human Services or related field
