Facilities Lead

Assist in Repair and Maintenance of Total Manufacturing Support Systems
Compressed Air Systems
HVAC / Evaporative Cooling Systems
Chilled Water Systems
Deionized Water Systems
Clean Room Applications
Sheetmetal Fabrication and Machining Equipment
Procurement of Replacement Parts
Cost Saving Initiatives
Performs other duties as assigned
Total knowledge & involvement in all Safety procedures and policies while performing all tasks. Participate in Emergency Response Team as required by Facilities Manager
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED
Two years demonstrated Maintenance/Facilities/Tech experience
Works in a manufacturing environment
Frequent travel between buildings
Subject to frequent interruptions
Able to work in changing weather conditions (heat, cold, rain)
Able to stand, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, push, pull, grasp, hear, and reach
Lift objects up to 50 lbs
Work at heights of up to 35 to 50 ft
Close vision required for computer monitors
Preferred
some College/Vocational/Trade School preferred or equivalent experience
Forklift Certification
Basic Welding/Soldering experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong dedication and sound judgment
Self-motivated with good time management skills
Excellent teamwork attitude
Able to work overtime as needed without notice
