Content & Growth Marketing Manager
Elevated Brands Group is seeking a Content & Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale their organic and paid social media strategy across RugsDirect.com and Lightopia.com. The role involves end-to-end social media execution including strategy, planning, campaign development, content production, performance analysis, and optimization.

Responsibilities
Own the holistic social media strategy across organic and paid social channels (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms as relevant)
Build and maintain a clear social media roadmap aligned to brand, campaign, and revenue goals
Define channel roles, content pillars, and messaging frameworks that balance brand storytelling and performance outcomes
Identify opportunities to scale social as a growth channel across both brands while respecting each brand’s unique positioning
Manage direct reports with emphasis on campaign execution and content production
Manage relationship with Paid Social agency, driving the success of the growing program
Lead social campaign planning from concept to execution, including seasonal moments, promotions, launches, UGC, and evergreen programs
Oversee day-to-day management of organic social channels, including publishing, community management, and engagement
Collaborate with media partners and internal teams to support paid social strategy, testing frameworks, and creative iteration
Ensure organic and paid efforts are aligned, complementary, and working together to maximize impact
Stay current on platform trends, formats, and best practices to continuously evolve our approach
Translate performance insights into clear creative briefs and production priorities
Ensure efficient execution from idea to launch, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Partner closely with Creative, Performance Marketing, and Merchandising teams to plan content needs, timelines, and deliverables
Strategize net new Video production strategy, closely managing the program with dedicated in-house coordinator and external resources
Oversee content calendars, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with broader marketing priorities
Define content pillars, formats, and storytelling frameworks that support brand positioning and long-term growth
Establish repeatable content systems and production workflows to efficiently scale always-on content creation
Own content quality standards and creative guardrails to ensure consistency across platforms, creators, and vendors
Track and analyze social media and content performance across key metrics including engagement, reach, traffic, and revenue contribution
Use insights to refine content strategy, creative direction, and campaign execution
Report on performance and recommendations to marketing leadership
Partner with performance and technical teams to ensure proper measurement and attribution
Roll out a cohesive social media and content strategy across RugsDirect.com and Lightopia.com
Collaborate closely with Brand, Creative, Performance Marketing, Merchandising, and external partners
Support broader marketing initiatives where social content and amplification are critical to success
Qualification
Required
2+ years of proven experience in social media strategy and execution (eCommerce experience strongly preferred)
Demonstrated experience managing both organic and paid social media programs (influencer marketing experience preferred)
Strong understanding of how social media drives brand growth and ecommerce performance
Experience developing and managing content programs that span video, static, UGC, and creator-led formats
Excellent project management and organizational skills with a bias toward execution
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance insights into action
Understanding of social creative formats and how to scale production
Experience with social platforms (e.g., Meta, Pinterest, TikTok)
Preferred
eCommerce experience strongly preferred
