They are seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney to handle policyholder-side insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, focusing on complex commercial insurance disputes and high-stakes coverage matters.

Responsibilities
Litigate insurance coverage and bad faith matters on behalf of policyholders
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses
Analyze policy language and coverage positions
Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
Manage cases from inception through resolution
Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex litigation strategy
Qualification
Required
2-6 years of litigation experience
Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple active matters
Interest in long-term growth within a policyholder-side practice
Preferred
Experience in insurance coverage, insurance defense, or complex commercial litigation
