Responsibilities
Install, upgrade, test, and configure systems to complete customer-facing implementation projects related to SPS Commerce’s Fulfillment product
Consult with clients to analyze their operational needs and understand business objectives, ensuring clarity at every stage
Serve as a trusted guide for customers, simplifying processes and empowering them during implementation projects
Inform customers and stakeholders of project progress, track implementation steps, and ensure deadlines are met
Research, diagnose, resolve, and follow up on customer issues related to change events, managing escalated events as needed
Collaborate across teams to streamline processes, improve workflows, and develop standardized solutions that enhance team performance
Proactively identify opportunities to improve team efficiencies and reduce complexity in day-to-day operations
Cultivate curiosity by exploring innovative solutions and fostering best practices within the team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related experience, an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent experience
Advanced knowledge of SPS Commerce's Fulfillment product
Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer-facing projects concurrently
Ability to apply, test, and reconfigure data rules to achieve desired results
