Responsibilities

Prospect & Generate Leads: Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn Sales Navigator outreach, and inbound lead follow-up
Build and Maintain a Sales Pipeline: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to manage qualified leads in our CRM, ensuring up-to-date data and smooth hand-offs to Account Executives
Nurture Relationships: Develop rapport with potential customers by articulating the value of Centaur Labs’ platform and how it addresses real-world challenges in health data labeling and AI development
Market Intelligence: Gather feedback and insights from prospects about market trends, product requirements, and competitive dynamics; report these findings back to the GTM leadership team
Meet and Exceed Targets: Consistently achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly KPIs such as meetings booked, qualified leads generated, and pipeline value
Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine messaging and optimize lead generation strategies

Required

1+ Years in a BDR/SDR or Related Role: A track record of success in business development, inside sales, or lead generation—preferably in a tech, healthcare, or AI-focused environment
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong phone, written, and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with professionals across various roles (technical, clinical, executive)
Tool Proficiency: Experience using RevOps tools (like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to track pipeline, leads, and tasks
Healthcare/Tech Interest: Passion for how data and AI can improve healthcare outcomes. Previous experience in healthcare or software/tech sales is a plus
Self-Starter Attitude: Demonstrated ability to take initiative, plan effectively, and execute in a fast-paced startup environment
Team Player: Eager to collaborate with cross-functional teams to reach shared goals and support company-wide success
