Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and client service support to attorneys and clients in a fast-paced litigation environment
Maintain an in-office presence to foster collaboration, communication, and responsive client service
Coordinate legal and administrative projects, including document preparation, filings, client presentations, billing, and matter management
Prepare and proofread complex legal documents, filings, and correspondence; manage materials in the firm's document management system
Support the client billing process reviewing bills, managing time entries, processing expenses, and ensuring billing accuracy
Collaborate across departments (Finance, Client Services, Practice Support) to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
Organize attorney schedules, meetings, and travel; maintain client and case materials with discretion and attention to detail
Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and teamwork in handling a variety of projects and priorities
Qualification
Required
6+ years of legal secretarial experience, with a strong litigation background
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems
Knowledge of court filing procedures, legal billing, and timekeeping processes
Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Proven ability to prioritize, coordinate across teams, and meet tight deadlines in a professional services environment
Must have very stable resumes and big law or similar experience to be considered
