Maintain accurate records of raw material inventory levels
Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies

Monitor supplier performance and lead times
Ensure raw materials are available to meet production schedules
Communicate shortages or delays to production teams proactively
Utilize ERP or inventory management systems for tracking and reporting
Generate inventory reports for management review
Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials in compliance with safety standards
Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
3+ years of inventory management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production setting
Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and ERP software
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Experience with lean manufacturing principles
Familiarity with raw material specifications and quality standards
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
