Responsibilities
Develop and refine sourcing strategies that build strong, diverse pipelines for Product, Design, Analytics, and other technical functions
Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team of full-time and contract sourcers, elevating their skills and outcomes
Partner with business leaders to prioritize recruiting needs and ensure sourcing efforts are aligned with the most critical roles and organizational goals
Deliver ongoing reports and dashboards on sourcing progress, trends, quality of pipeline, and operational metrics; communicate impact clearly to stakeholders
Use data and analytics to identify areas for strategic optimization and make recommendations to evolve sourcing practices
Support your team in navigating complex searches, removing bottlenecks, and improving efficiency across the sourcing lifecycle
Build strong cross-functional relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and People teams to drive alignment and execution excellence
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of people management experience
7-10 years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally within fast-paced, high-growth technology environments
Sourcing subject matter expert with proven experience leading strategy and execution for technical talent in competitive markets
Strong understanding of technical domains
Excel in fast-paced environments
Take ownership of outcomes
Work independently while collaborating effectively with partners
Data-driven and comfortable leveraging metrics and insights to influence decisions and improve operational performance
Relationship builder with exceptional communication skills
Ability to partner cross-functionally at all levels
