Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive branch partnership strategies aligned with organizational objectives
Monitor and manage resource allocation to ensure optimal staffing levels and production standards
Collaborate across business units to enhance operational procedures and resolve complex issues impacting member service quality
Oversee training programs for staff, ensuring their effectiveness and alignment with performance goals
Lead innovation in operational processes and champion change to foster a culture of continuous improvement and best practices
Plan and execute strategic initiatives in collaboration with leaders across NFIS and NFCU, acting as an Epic Owner for essential projects
Communicate effectively with senior leadership to ensure accountability for strategic objectives and performance outcomes
Lead, mentor, and develop management teams, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture that aligns with organizational goals
Foster cross-departmental collaboration to optimize performance and align efforts across NFIS and NFCU
Serve as a representative in NFCU committees, councils, and leadership groups to advocate for NFIS interests
Build effective relationships with leaders across various departments to facilitate collaboration and strategic alignment

Required

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of training, education and experience
7+ years of relevant work experience in financial services, investment management, or a related field
3+ years of experience in a leadership role, with demonstrated success in leading teams and driving performance
Strong ability to manage multiple teams, ensuring alignment and cohesion in achieving objectives
Expertise in managing projects from conception to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
Capacity to analyze diverse data and identify trends to inform decision-making and strategic planning
Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex ideas and strategies to various audiences
Flexibility to adapt strategies and processes in response to evolving business conditions or challenges
Commitment to fostering team growth through training, feedback, and recognizing achievements

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in business, Finance, Insurance, Management or Marketing
Familiarity with Navy Federal objectives, functions and policies
CFP, ChFC, or CLU designation or working toward the completion of one of these programs
