Developing and managing our data governance processes
Maintaining strong relationships with our partners
Supporting all facets of our governance program and operations
Enhancing our stewardship framework and capabilities for sensitive data review and monitoring
Identifying inconsistencies in the implementation of our standards and procedures
Working to address any gaps
Ensuring that effective monitoring mechanisms are in place
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience working in a business analyst role
1+ years of experience with SQL or Python
Experience in a data governance or data management field
Knowledge of data governance frameworks, policies, and best practices
Ability to be highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ability to develop cooperative and constructive working relationships
Ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT or Business Administration
Preferred
Experience categorizing and classifying data
Experience with Databricks
Experience with data analytics tools and technologies, including Tableau or Power BI
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and using an ecosystem of collaboration tools, including Confluence and Jira
