Responsibilities

Driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting with accuracy and insight
Creating strategic financial analysis and dashboards that guide decision-making
Supporting month-end close activities and P&L / balance sheet reviews
Collaborating cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, Ops, Contracts, and more
Partnering with GSS/Accenture for accurate reporting and data management
Building pricing models for new business capture in compliance with government regulations
This role is mission-critical, you’ll be hands-on with projects that influence how services are delivered and scaled across the globe

Required

1–3 years in FP&A or financial analysis, ideally within a matrixed or multinational environment
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Excel wizardry – you're confident with pivot tables and complex formulas
Proactive mindset, excellent communication, and a passion for working across teams
This position does require someone who can obtain and maintain the appropriate level of tiered investigation access for a position of Trust after being offered a position. International SOS will facilitate

Preferred

Experience with government contracts or pricing is a strong plus
