Responsibilities

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our sleep lab, ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients
Manage the day-to-day operations of the sleep lab, including scheduling, staffing, and equipment maintenance
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
Train and mentor sleep lab staff, providing guidance and support as needed
Perform sleep studies and assist with patient care as necessary
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans for patients
Maintain accurate records and documentation of sleep lab procedures and patient information -

Required

Demonstrated high level of detail orientation to ensure accuracy in care and documentation
Proficiency in state-of-the-art office technology, including the Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools
Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with professionalism, tact, discretion, and integrity
Capability to work both independently and collaboratively, with adaptability to shifting priorities
Strong resourcefulness and problem-solving skills in a dynamic healthcare environment
Successful completion of a sleep technology program, associated with a state licensed and/or a nationally accredited educational facility
A minimum of two years of experience as a sleep trainee with documented proficiency in all required competencies
Holds a Certified Polysomnographic Technician (CPSGT) credential or equivalent
Must maintain current active license as a Certified or Registered Polysomnographic Technologist in the State of Colorado
Must maintain current BLS

Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
