Responsibilities
Perform floor care duties: carpet cleaning, stripping & waxing, buffing, grout cleaning, burnishing, etc
Support management with day-to-day operations to ensure timely, high-quality service
Maintain and perform preventative care on floor equipment; report worn or broken equipment promptly
Keep equipment clean and in safe working condition
Secure buildings and company assets upon completing work
Provide training and leadership to other staff when needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of floor care experience
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or lead a small team
Ability to train staff on proper cleaning techniques
Must pass a drug screen, background check, and E-Verify
Must be 21+ years old
Mobility & Balance: Climb ladders, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, stand, and walk for extended periods
Strength: Lift and push up to 60 lbs
Carry 10–15 lbs on your back for at least one hour
Perform repetitive push/pull cleaning motions
Communication: Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
