Business Development Manager
Shulman Rogers is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team. The Business Development Manager plays a central role in advancing the firm's growth strategy by translating strategic priorities into coordinated action and ensuring initiatives move forward with measurable impact.

Responsibilities
Plan, prioritize, and execute firmwide and practice group business development initiatives
Manage individual attorney business development initiatives and follow-up within defined priorities
Support client and relationship development across priority clients and industries
Manage COI nurturing and ongoing relationship management
Support alumni engagement as a relationship and referral channel
Qualification
Required
At least 5+ years of business development experience in a professional services environment (preferably in a law firm)
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
Current knowledge of industry best practices, trends and techniques
Strong organizational, writing, communication, and project management skills
Proficient in using CRM platforms to manage data, track engagement, and maintain organized activity records
Ability to manage competing priorities, exercise judgment, and maintain follow-through
