Responsibilities

Lead and scale the power trading desk with a focus on speculative short-term and term trading
Develop, implement, and refine trading strategies across ISO markets (PJM, MISO, ERCOT, CAISO, NYISO)
Manage a team of traders and analysts, ensuring disciplined risk management and strong commercial performance
Identify new market opportunities, optimize positions, and drive innovation in trading models and data usage
Partner with senior leadership on capital allocation, technology, and growth initiatives
