Responsibilities
Lead, train, and coach Express Car Wash Team Members to ensure exceptional customer service and consistent performance
Oversee daily operations of the car wash, including staffing, scheduling, and shift management
Motivate and guide the team to achieve sales goals through upselling and customer engagement
Monitor and maintain wash tunnel equipment and systems, performing basic troubleshooting and coordinating with maintenance for complex repairs
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of all customer and operational areas, including the wash tunnel, vacuum stations, and restrooms
Resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
Complete daily reports, reconcile transactions, and communicate operational updates to management
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations
Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records
Promote a positive, team-oriented environment focused on quality and efficiency
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable
Proficiency with basic math and ability to handle cash or POS transactions accurately
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially under pressure
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders as needed
Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Must be 21 years old
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs
Preferred
Six to nine months of supervisory or leadership experience preferred, ideally in a car wash, retail, or service-related industry
