Relevant Experience: 7 Years
Lead end-to-end MES project lifecycle at assigned site(s): initiation, planning, execution, validation, go-live, hyper care
Strong project management skills (PMP certification preferred)
Deep understanding of manufacturing processes (batch, packaging, serialization)
Knowledge of regulatory compliance (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, Data Integrity)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making ability
Ability to manage multi-site and multicultural teams
