Responsibilities
Install, configure, and support IT infrastructure components including structured cabling, network drops, and physical hardware setups
Assist in implementing robust infrastructure solutions involving servers, networks, and storage systems
Conduct routine system maintenance, updates, and inspections
Provide on-site support for end‑users and field teams, ensuring equipment and IP‑connected devices remain fully operational
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to IP devices (cameras, phones, access points, printers, etc.)
Serve as an escalation point for complex issues passed from Level 1 and Level 2 support teams
Support the implementation of IT security controls and ensure compliance with established standards and policies
Adhere to best practices for data security, system protection, and secure installation procedures
Work closely with field technicians, network engineers, system administrators, and security staff
Execute project tasks both collaboratively and autonomously, ensuring timely and accurate completion
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field — or equivalent technical training/work experience
3–5 years of hands‑on IT experience supporting PC hardware, software, and device installations
Strong experience with infrastructure cabling (copper, fiber, terminations, testing, etc.)
Experience supporting IP-based devices
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
Willingness to travel as needed
Preferred
Knowledge of networking fundamentals
Experience working in an airport or transportation environment
