Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive litigation support throughout all phases of civil litigation
Assist with drafting, preparing, and filing pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Manage calendaring and litigation deadlines in accordance with California state and federal court rules
Handle California state and federal e-filing
Support multiple attorneys simultaneously and manage competing priorities
Track and bill time accurately
Maintain organized electronic case files and documentation
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of civil litigation paralegal experience at a law firm
Candidates must reside in California
California civil litigation experience
Preferred
Experience in real estate or business litigation
Prior experience working in a fast-paced legal environment
Previous remote work experience with a dedicated home office setup
Strong knowledge of California state and federal court procedures
Proficiency with calendaring systems and deadline management
Experience supporting multiple attorneys and billing time
