DCS Corp is looking for an IT intern to work within their IT Department as part of their internship program. The intern will assist with Windows 11 upgrades, computer configurations for new hires, and troubleshoot hardware issues among other duties.

Responsibilities

Assist users with doing an in-place Windows 11 upgrade to the latest version
Completing computer configurations for new hires
Upgrading users laptop to remove laptops 5 years or older out of our environment
Set up New Hire's equipment
Troubleshoot and repair laptop and printer hardware issues
Perform other duties/projects as assigned

Required

U.S. Citizenship is required
Must have 3-4 years of college experience
Applicants should have good customer service skills and be able to work in a team environment
Students must currently be enrolled in college courses
