Responsibilities

Support efficient laboratory operations including action, process, or treatment utilizing chemical, or physical to conduct experimental research, tests, or demonstrations
Oversee a team of Laboratory Service Engineers (LSE) in an R&D environment performing preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and calibrations on equipment
Provide direct management, coaching, mentoring, development, and performance management for LSEs
Lead day-to-day lab management and operations including assigning resources, ensuring required parts, materials, chemistry, and wafers are available
Support budget management of the lab from budget allocation, purchasing, and inputs into forecasting for future needs
Partner with cross-functional teams including facilities, finance, purchasing, and others to keep lab running smoothly
