Responsibilities
Operate ovens, monitor baking, and handle loading/unloading
Prepare mixes, pans, and baking sheets as needed
Process frozen products by thawing, proofing, and baking
Perform base icing, slicing, traying, wrapping, and packaging of products
Operate and maintain machines, ensuring accurate weighing and packaging
Follow food safety guidelines, standard operating procedures, maintain a clean, and sanitary work area
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Operating large scale machines
Continuous flow systems
Preferred
Prior food manufacturing experience
