Responsibilities
Design and implement systems for high availability scalability and performance
Collaborate with REDI enabled Production Support REs to analyse operational data and identify systemic issues
Drive continuous improvement through blameless postmortems and actionable insights
Use Generative AI to accelerate incident triage RCA generation and predictive reliability
Implement AI driven automation for operational workflows ensuring safety and compliance
Build intuitive dashboards for reliability metrics insights and incident trends
Develop Support Maintain automation scripts APIs and GenAI integration pipelines
Support Maintain design schemas for incident data runbooks and knowledge graphs
Implement advanced search and observability solutions for logs and RCA repositories
Establish mechanisms to capture learnings from all production interactions
Create dashboards and reports to share insights across engineering and support teams
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Site Reliability Engineering or similar roles
Strong background in Production Support for largescale systems
Familiarity with reliability enablement frameworks
Proficiency in React for frontend dashboards
Strong Python development skills for automation and backend services
Experience with MongoDB for NoSQL data modeling and performance tuning
Handson with Elasticsearch for search and observability use cases
Demonstrated interest or experience in Generative AI technologies
Ability to integrate AI models into operational workflows
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work across engineering and support teams
Preferred
Experience in Generative AI
Production Support experience
Hands-on experience with MongoDB
