Responsibilities

Communicate and translate technical data packages to suppliers
Conduct supplier engagements related to capability, capacity, opportunity and risk
Perform technical evaluations in support of cost and price analysis
Drive root cause and corrective action
Prioritize and execute improvement opportunities
Communicate the technical health of our suppliers to stakeholders
Support travel as needed, minimum 50%

Required

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
Relevant experience is technical supplier management, supplier engineering, industrial engineering or quality engineering
Experience in Manufacturing Engineering
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Preferred

Experience performing supplier assessments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with typical hardware product documentation types (part and assembly drawings, parts lists, schematics, specifications, source control drawings, etc.)
Proficient in current TDP and Configuration Management-related protocols
Familiar with product structuring, linkage within PDM Windchill
Familiar with 3D model types such as Creo, STP, IGS
Familiar with CCA TDP construct, drawings and models and PWB artwork
Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems, purchase orders, requisitions, Mfg Bill of Materials (MBOM), material masters, purchase requisitions
