Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces for painting, wallpapering, or finishing (patching, sanding, priming, caulking)
Apply paint, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
Measure, cut, install, and remove wallpaper accurately and cleanly
Perform light to moderate carpentry work (trim, baseboards, doors, framing, repairs)
Repair drywall, wood, and other surfaces as needed
Read and follow work orders, drawings, and specifications
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Use tools and materials safely and properly
Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and clients
Complete projects on schedule while maintaining high quality standards
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in painting, wallpaper hanging, and carpentry
Knowledge of surface preparation, finishes, and materials
Ability to accurately measure, cut, and install materials
Familiarity with hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on ladders or scaffolding
Preferred
Valid driver's license
Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality environments
Ability to match textures, colors, and finishes
Basic knowledge of drywall and minor repairs
Basic wallpaper hanging knowledge
