Treaty Compliance Analyst Lead

They are seeking a Treaty Compliance Analyst Lead to provide support to the U.S. Army Nuclear and Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Agency, focusing on the assessment and compliance of treaty requirements and impacts on Army operations.

Responsibilities
Study and assess the scope of USG, DoD, JS, Army, and international I&C reporting and certification requirements; inspection and visit requirements; data exchange and declaration requirements; and notification requirements in accordance with U.S. laws, regulations, guidance; AC treaties, agreements, and initiatives; confidence and security building measure (CSBM) regimes; export control regimes; and technology associated with emerging AC initiatives
Assess the impact of both USG and international AC treaty negotiations on Army operations, plans, force structure, training, and resources
Monitor and assess the status of negotiations in AC treaty forums
Identify any impacts on Army guidance development, AC treaty compliance activities, operations, force structure development, training, and resource management considerations that are discovered
Monitor and continuously assess all AC treaty compliance activities conducted by the USG to ensure Army equities are appropriately protected, and provisions of AC treaty and surety guidance documents are complied with
Provide analytical support to AC programs and resource management decision making, including preparation of execution costs and responsibilities as required, to maintain and archive current Management Decision Package (MDEP) Program Objective Memorandum (POM) funding profiles, resource management briefings, and reports
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in a recognized engineering, scientific, technical, management, or related discipline
OR a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations, National Security Studies, Area Studies, Biochemistry, Physics, Nuclear Engineering, or a related scientific, security or management field
2 to 5 years' experience interacting with Service Staff, JS, and OSD organizations
2 to 5 years' experience working AC treaty I&C issues at a guidance or operational level
2 to 5 years' experience planning, directing, and managing complex projects/operations with multiple POCs
