Lead escalation efforts for network outages and disruptions, serving as the go-to expert for incident response
Create and maintain comprehensive internal documentation and knowledge bases for the network operations team
Mentor and train network operations engineers, focusing on PTP and Multicast technologies, and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team expertise
Collaborate with Network Architecture and Engineering teams to ensure smooth project transitions to network operations
Qualification
Required
Experience in media broadcast technologies
Expertise in PTP, Multicast, Encoders/Decoders, Evertz NAT Card, and SMPTE 2110 standards
Ability to lead escalation efforts for network outages and disruptions
Experience in creating and maintaining comprehensive internal documentation and knowledge bases
Mentoring and training experience for network operations engineers
Collaboration skills with Network Architecture and Engineering teams
