Responsibilities
Manage all aspects from recording transactions and payroll to month-end/year-end close and management reporting
Work closely with internal teams to design and implement better financial controls and ERP workflows
Assist in preparing for board-level meetings and provide ad-hoc financial analysis to help founders make data-driven decisions
Perform bank reconciliations, maintain supporting schedules, and manage AP/AR with high attention to detail
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting is non-negotiable (BS/BBA/MS/M.Acc)
3–7 years of relevant experience
Deep expertise in QuickBooks Online
Exceptional professionalism and the ability to work independently in a remote, U.S.-based environment
Preferred
CPA is a major plus
Certification in QuickBooks Online preferred
Experience implementing ERP systems
